Everything was good. I would, however, like more mushroom options or the ability to add mushrooms.

Great restaurant. Relaxed vibes. Lovely decor. We got served in good time. The milkshakes were awesome. We requested no ice in our Cokes, they delivered. Overall no complaints. However, just a suggestion to have a child-minder in the playplace at all times. She was present just before we left and I had a chat with her and again briefly while leaving; mainly to watch a certain child as my toddler was manhandled twice by a much older child. First his older sister intervened. The second time we as parents intervened. He was crying and didn't want to play anymore. This is not Panarottis' problem that unfortunately some uncouth, unruly, uncultured individuals dine there, so 5 stars all around but merely a suggestion to always have a child-minder present to perhaps avoid such incidents.

I am overall very satisfied with what I ordered and the time it took to prepare it. Much less time was taken than the 30 minutes indicated on the app👏. My only complaint is that the condiments were half full, which is my first time experiencing this kind of thing. Care should be taken not to skimp these goodies.

Me and my partner went out to eat at this branch, and we had a lovely time there. Amy our waitress was the best, on time, very fast and always made sure we were okay. 10/10 service from her. We will definitely be back at Brackenfell branch.

Just devoured the most epic takeaway pizza from Panarottis Brackenfell! The crust was perfection - crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. Toppings were generous and flavorful. Sauce was tangy and rich. I'm in pizza heaven! 10/10 would order again (and again, and again...) Thank you to the lady with the small dreads and the one with the long ones too. Thanks to the gentleman on the phone too. Had a lovely experience. I highly recommend it.
