Mr Thlogi made my birthday special i turned 34 on the 15 January 2026 I mean everything was so clean my waiter THLOGI deserves something special he was the most happiest that night kindest n most humblest the food was perfect cooked perfectly on time I dunno wat more I can say but def we all loved it n mind you it was our first visit thank you I pray your doors stay open lotsa love Antonia Buckley

I need to give credit where it’s due. After my previous experience, Daniel personally called me, apologized properly, and didn’t make excuses. He made it right with 2 free pizzas and 2 ice creams — and honestly, that meant a lot.
That right there? That’s effort. That’s accountability. That’s a business that actually cares about its customers, not just the cash register.
Food aside, how you handle a problem matters more than the problem itself, and Panroties handled it like pros. I’m genuinely happy now and will 100% be going back. Respect to Daniel and the team for turning the situation around and keeping customers happy 😊🍕🍨

We finally get to experience Italian cuisine in Mafikeng. Lovely atmosphere, great service, delicious pasta I had.
