The food, service and atmosphere was just great. It's close to all the cool stuff that kids enjoy and they also have a play area for kids. If you have the Howzat app, you can get nice discounts too

i love Panarottis Baywest. Best Pizza ever.

Friendly staff, I hosted my daughters birthday celebration and she loved the make your own pizza.

My partner and I decided to come out for supper tonight. We ordered a Castle Lite draught and a Savanna dry from our waitress and we had to repeat ourselves about 3 times due to the waitress not understanding what we asked for. My partner then ordered a second castle lite ( he had to flag the waiter down after having an empty glass for about 10 minutes, no second round of drinks were offered) she then came to us a while later telling us there isn't anymore castle lite ( I get it, things run out , but don't make a person wait 10 minutes and then tell them. My partner was happy to have the dumpie over the draught. We had been waiting for over an hour for 2 pizzas. The table that arrived after us got their pizzas within 20 minutes of ordering. We asked the waiter what was happening with the food , she said she would check with the kitchen and never got back to us. We got up and left. Wanted to pay for our drinks but everyone at the front reception is just as unorganized. Manager told us to not worry ,anyways. Come on guys. It's December. Shine up or hire better staff. I'm in the restaurant industry and this isn't how it's done. I've always enjoyed Panarottis , but I most certainly won't be coming back. We ended up going to Mac Deez. Not impressed at all. And this is coming from a fellow waitress.

We just love going to Panarottis Baywest Mall, always have fantastic service and kids can play and have fun while parents relax. They make the best pizza 🍕 😋
