I had Charlie Charles as my waitress, she was so friendly and the ultimate server. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

The place is great but the booths a bit small of you have a family bigger than 4, we are a family of 5 and these were small to squeeze into.

The best & the most tasty Pitza we have ever had. The waiter that served us was excellent & we will definitely be back again soon.

The customer service is impeccable as is the consideration to certain food specifications. Nokwanda (the manageress) offered the most amazing service after a horrible experience ordering with UberEats. Would absolutely recommend just for the customer service alone!

Yoah I just ordered a vegan sub and vegan pizza off of Uber from this restaurant. Oh my freaking word, it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. I don't know what vegan cheese ya'll are using but oh my word it's so good! Usually vegan cheese isn't that good, but your one is amazing If you're looking for a delicious vegan meal then I'd recommend this restaurant

What an exceptional young man. He was polite and very informative. When we didn’t know what to order, he made very good suggestions as we mixed and matched choices. What we loved more about him was how articulate he was! He works with clarity of purpose and is quite kind. This young man in an asset to this company!

Panarottis is my favorite restaurant, my husband and I travel alot and have eaten at many Panarottis restaurants but I have to highly recommend and give credit to the owner of Pietermaritzburg Panarottis in Liberty Mall, Ravi, his manager Lyle and the team. We go to Pietermaritzburg every month since May 2024 and we have always had the best tasting pizza's and pastas the new menu is also so tempting, just want to order everything. Yesterday was very busy but Lyle and the team was still so welcoming, friendly and giving their best service to the customers. We also had the most delicious pizza and pasta. Well Done Pietermaritzburg Panarottis (Liberty Mall) If you are traveling and looking for a scrumptious meal with friendly staff please stop at Pietermaritzburg Panarottis.
