Excellent service and friendly staff

Always have the best experience at Panarottis. I especially love coming here for their gluten free options. But today something happened that stood out to me the manager John had asked me a follow up question after ordering a gluten free pasta, he asked if the sauce would be an issue for me as it contains gluten. This is the first time a staff member of any establishment has asked me this question, and I couldn't be more happy with their service. Will always always recommend Panarottis to people!! Thank you John!

Amazing atmosphere here. Service was excellent. Food was good especially that new Bacon Carbonara pasta 🍝 - that the pick of my meal for sure 😋👌🏾👏🏾. I'll come back for it.

A bit scarce on the toppings. Had Mexican pizza with 2 tomatoes visible and hardly any peppers.....was saucy though

I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received at the Shelly branch, we sat at a table for 10 minutes with not even one person acknowledging us. I’d understand if it was busy and we had at least been acknowledged but the staff just walked pass us every time like we’re invisible. It was not even busy, terrible service.

Shelly center atmosphere was amazing the food was great you can be very specific and they will get it right the service was excellent didn’t wait long either

She ensured that we’re well taken care of, delivered our food with care. She also made sure to check up on us if we’re still okay while we eat and if we need anything else. Her service is remarkable and she ensured that she assists us with whatever we require or ask. Overall I can assure that she’s the best at her job, love Nomfundo down.

The app was not allowing me to purchase online so I called the store and was helped by a friendly staff member and when we arrived to collect everything was in order.

This might be personal preference, but according to me there's no better pizza's than Panarotti's pizza ( and breakfasts). We've been everywhere, but theirs stays the best. Breakfast is AMAZINGLY...

I'm not a huge pizza fan...but my kids are. Saying that I really enjoyed the pizza here... especially the creamy chicken and mushroom one. The service was also spot on. We are making another trip...

Great place for parents with toddlers. Great play area. Great staff. Screens to watch your kids while you eat. Awesome kids menu and great pizza.
