The waiter Thokozani was beyond friendly and patient especially because I was with kids. The experience was great

I want to express the most sincere gratitude to our waiter, Lindelani, ourchild minder, Thandeka, and the chef in training, Marzuq, for the best evening that we had in AGES!!! Our eldest son is autistic, and we don't usually go out because we always get judged. This was the first eveing where we could go out as wla family, where we didn't once got judged, not gotten any funny looks. This was the first time we relaxed and enjoyed our evening. The service was friendly, the child minder kept our boys busy, and the trainee made our boys pizza axtra special. We really appreciate the service we got and will definitely come back here again!

The service at Panarotti’s Gold Reef City (Casino) was amazing. We were assisted promptly, given our drinks less than 20 minutes after ordering them and given our food less than 30 minutes after ordering. Our waiter’s name was Thokozani. He was amazing. Took our orders and delivered amazing service. My girlfriend and I were actually there to celebrate her birthday and I asked Thokozani to ask the chef to put the phrase “be my valentine” on the dish of our half oreo waffle and he DELIVERED! He (Thokozani - our waiter) even went as far as organising a happy birthday song for my girlfriend with the rest of the staff. We will definitely be coming back and will ask for Thokozani as our waiter every time. Thank you for making our date night special, Thokozani. - Nkanyezi Maseko

What an incredible experience we had today at Gold Reef from the welcome at the door to our waiter Phila, manager Tsepo and “goodbye and looking forward to seeing you again” as we left. WOW WOW WOW!!!!!! A little communication from both Phila and Tsepo when our meal was taking some time just shows the training that your staff have all gone through. Food was also absolutely delicious! Well done to management and staff - keep up the good work 👏🏼👌🏻
