Recently visited Panarottis, Gold Reef City and had a slight issue with the requested order. The waitress was incredibly attentive and handled the situation with care by requesting the managers presence. The manager stepped in and went above and beyond to ensure everything was corrected quickly and to our satisfaction. Mistakes happen, but the way they were handled things, truly made the experience a positive one. What I liked most about this pizza joint is that you don't wait too long for your pizza, the menu has a lot of variety as well.
