I had a bad day electricity wise, I was stranded with my little one😟 But I say thank you to Panarotti’s New Market for catering for us. I got there and I said to the waitress, “girl I need to charge and work”. While my daughter plays in the jungle gym and the ladies there were so accommodating and the waitress sis Thuli welcomed us and said look no further. She even came and said you must be tired can I get u anything 🥹 We ddnt feel out of place or as though we overstayed our welcome 🙏🏽 now that’s what I call Excellent customer service!!!!The food was delicious and the customer service 12 out of 10 Keep it up, Panarottis really trains their staff well even other Panarottis their service is always top tier, I hv never had reason to complain.U hv gained a loyal customer💕 Thank you Panarottis and Thuli 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Went out for a meal as a family. This venue was recommended by friends. It turned out to be a really good surprise. Food was excellent and tasty. Well worth a second visit.

It was our first time visiting Panarotis and it was a most enjoyable experience. Our waitress was Grace (name tag said Grace 2 so I assume there's more than one Grace) the menu is varied with something for everyone. Everything we ate was cooked well and we all agreed we would be back. I think it was good value too, at R600 including tip for a family of four and we were all full after.

Decided to try Panarotti's for breakfast. Was not disappointed. Ordered their breakfast special for R36.90. Four eggs, mushroom and tomato, with Rooibos tea. Good efficient and friendly service. Comfortable outside seating. Safe, secure and free Mall parking. Worth a try.
