The food was great, the service was slow we were waiting long to wait for someone to order but luckily a kind woman came to help and the atmosphere is good i love the grass even though its fake but its good

Was warmly welcomed by Michael. The first waitress was NOT friendly at all and seemed as though she did not want to serve my partner and I. It felt like she was giving off a bad attitude which made everything feel heavy. Imagine being assisted by someone who seems unfriendly and forced to assist you and you still have to enjoy a meal. Impossible! My partner spoke to Michael and a new waitress was allocated to our table which immediately lightened the mood again. The pizza was absolutely fantastic though as well as the bar one milkshake!

Delighted to see more veg/ vegan options on the menu. Thank you Nachos was tasty however was too few nachos chips on the sides vs the yummy sauce filling. You need to add more nacho chips an it would be perfect.

Edited: Management contacted me and rectified the situation. Am very happy with the outcome and have been back to enjoy the yummy waffles we were so excited for. Very disappointed! Went specifically for waffles. Placed our order, waited forever. Eventually asked the manager to check what's going on. Manager came back and told us it would be 4 more minutes. Around 10 minutes later the manager came to tell us that the Waffle machine is not working. We waited for almost an hour for nothing. We then said we would like to cancel our order and thought at least we might be compensated for the one coffee that was ordered or offered an apology in some way but nothing. An hour of our time wasted and money spent on a coffee that was only ordered because of the Waffle that was meant to be enjoyed with it.

Had a great time thank you so much. Mengezi the manager kept on checking on us,I forgot the waitress name but she was also good. However my waitress and others were chewing Chappies and it's disturbed me alot

Am disappointed that I was told that my loyalty card was suspended..I dont know why and how ...disappointed 😒

Perfect from start to finish!

It is was our 4th time visiting Panarottis East gate today and I must say it has never disappointed. We have such great service, food is great and quick, the child minders always play with our little girl, the managers always come to check on us and it’s great value money. A big thumbs up to the East gate store.
