We recently visited Panarottis Cradlestone Mall and had a very pleasant dining experience overall. As a newly opened restaurant, it is understandable that the team is still settling in, and a few staff members are in the process of gaining confidence. Despite this, the service was commendable — the staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist throughout our visit. The food was excellent. We ordered three large pizzas and one kiddies pizza, all of which were served fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The quality of the food was impressive, and the pricing remains reasonable for both the portion sizes and overall experience. We were dining before a movie and requested a quicker turnaround time. The team accommodated us efficiently, with our full order arriving at the table within approximately 20 minutes. The only minor oversight was that ice was not initially served with our cold drinks; however, this is a small detail that can be expected from a new establishment still refining its service. Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience, with high-quality food and strong service. I would certainly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Lucky was very attentive and good communication skills

The staff is very friendly, I really loved the service and our waiter Lucky he is so cool and does check ups and make sure that you have what's needed. I definitely want to come again...
