I would like to take the lady at the front desk (front of house manager I think) so much for going out of her way to make me feel comfortable and not so alone. I recently went to Bethlehem for work and I was all by myself. She made me feel so much better with her caring and sincere approach.

Everytime we visit Panarottis Bethlehem, Yvonne greets us with so much kindness and respect. She always smiles and interacts with kindness. Building chats with her is so nice and we love being served by her. She really adds value to the branch and enriches customer experience. I also value the way she interacts with our kids as if she knows them for years. She creates an atmosphere that honestly makes customers feel like part of the Panarottis family.

I like the staff of Panarottis always on time they know how to speak with customer.

We were on our way home and after a 7 hour drive we were tired and hungry. We phoned in a take away at 19:30 and they said it will be ready in 25 min. They were already closed when we arrived at 20:15, but waited for us and their friendly warm personal welcomed my husband and gave him our pizzas! Delicious! Fantastic people!

clean and good customer care

The pizza crust nice and thin only small complaint I might have is the fact that the chili, garlic, cheese condiments is only enough for 2 slices of Pizza. But overall the experience is good.

The T-bone is always a winner as well as the new chicken and avo starter snack. The service is very good but always wait for the account. Staff friendly. Good for the mall.

Had a really good time, and we were served by the best waiter ever - Chris who took care of our table like we were the only people he had to take care of. The service was prompt, friendly and attentive. Chris is a great asset for the Panarottis. Overall - great place with some crazy - awasome pizzas. Their insanely creative pizzas combinations turn ordinary pizza into an experience to remember. A must visit if you are in town.

Most dishes (especially the pizza toppings) have been very unusual for me, but the food was really good! Service fast and friendly.
