I would like to request that case CAS-1128124-G659H2 be amended from a complaint to a query. My intention was never to lodge a formal complaint against the restaurant, but rather to bring a service mishap and miscommunication to management’s attention. I consider the matter fully resolved and would appreciate it being recorded as a query instead. Since then, I have been contacted by the management team at the Highveld Mall branch, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the way they handled the situation. They were friendly, professional, understanding, and proactive in resolving my concerns. Their follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction left a very positive impression. I would also like to acknowledge the excellent service I consistently receive at the branch. The ambience is welcoming, the food is of great quality, and the staff are always warm and friendly. I was particularly impressed by the care and professionalism shown by the managers, who made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Please extend my gratitude to the management team and staff at the Highveld Mall branch for their kindness, hospitality, and excellent customer service.

After having a horrible experience at a nearby restaurant. I came to Highveld Panarottis, where I was served by Ntokozo. Needless to say, my mood changed. Friendly and professional. Not to mention that the entire establishment is well looked after. #ThankYou

I had such a great experience today! The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The food arrived on time, everything was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was just right. It’s rare to get service this good, and it definitely made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again—highly recommend!
