Everything was perfect and nice , EXEEPT , The volume and noise and singing that goes with the Happy Birtday song , that starts off with a bang like an explosion is enough to give one a heart attack , several clients were all talking and complaining about it. My grand daughter came running from the play area completely hysterical and crying , unacceptable , I spoke to the managerres, and she actually addressed it with the staff before , but they did not understand , She reprimanded them again now and promised it will be addressed again. She even marked the volume level on the sound system where they are supposed to set it at. I hope it will be seen to . Regards , Johan

Good value for money, good portion size and good quality good. Ingredients are fresh, overall a very good experience! Definitely going back.

We had a lovely evening at Panatottis in Somerset Mall. We went for the Tuesday special where you can have any classic pizza or classic pasta for R99. Pizzas were delicious and my pasta was amazing. Our waitress was on top of everything. All-in-all a good evening.

The food was good, was particularly impressed by the service i got from Zintle. It was the best. She was very attentive and kind, with a beautiful smile.

It was my first time visiting this branch and I have to say, I am impressed with their service and food. The pizza filling was alot and the milkshake was well balanced with the ice cream and syrup, it was not sweet. It was perfect. So they are the best, would definitely come. You have gained a new customer.

I was in Somerset Mall, doing shopping and decided to buy myself a smoothie as well as my brother, didn't finish it but nevertheless decided to go have lunch at Panarottis. Obviously I wasn't going to throw the Kauai (half full) smoothie away just because I entered the restaurant. The manager sat us down and immediately with an attitude told us that we cannot have a different places drinks with us, which I completely understand. I explained very nicely that I had already purchased the smoothies and only decided later on to have lunch at their restaurant. She raised her voice and told me "but im telling you that you can't have other drinks in our place and you cannot drink it". Very upset and unhappy, I told her it's fine. I understand, I won't drink my smoothie. If it wasn't for the person with me that really wanted to eat there, I would've left immediately. That is not even where it ends. During our time there she kept passing our table looking at the smoothie to check if I had drank of it. I would catch her staring from afar. Her face was on 0 the entire time and she stared at me like I stole something. I felt so uncomfortable, it is totally unacceptable. I didn't come there with a 2L coke and glasses. I went ahead and still ordered drinks from the menu with our food, yet the manager STILL checked to see if we touched our smoothies. I will NEVER go back there again!

AYA SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC.He knows the menu and suggestions for food selections also great. Food was also great. Relaxed atmosphere.

Zweite Mal in einer Mall bei dieser Kette sehr gut und günstig Pizza gegessen. Wir sahen, dass auf anderen Tischen Cola Dosen standen und bekamen Tab Getränke. Wurde anstandslos getauscht. Sehr gut.

Defnitely the kids activity with pizza dough and kids making there own pizza biscuits. Kids loved this loved eating there own creations and especially making it at the table and then been baked in Panarotti's kitchen. Thanks for special memories with my grand kids.
