Waiter was really professional and always made sure my pregnant wife and I were well taken care of.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for Sunday evening meal. We were met by Onela, who had her game face on. She ably assisted us through the menu, placed our order, and in no time we had our food and drinks. Once our pizza was placed on the table, we were more than happy. Not only did the pizza look delicious, it tasted out of this world. The combinations on the double up pizza was unreal. The combinations complemented each other that made our meal an awesome experience. Onela is a great waitress. She completely understood our needs and made sure our expectations were met. I think she understands the difference between making a nuisance of yourself and being available to the needs of your customers. Well done Onela. We spoke to the manager, Richmond, to complement both Onela and the kitchen staff. It's been a while since I met a manager like him. He's enthusiasm is exactly what any restaurant need. Well done Panarottis Claremont, well done Onela, well done Richmond and well done to the kitchen staff. Next time we go there, will be with our extended family. Like us, you are serious about food, we appreciate that.

The manager at this branch provided us with such an amazing service, the restaurant was full but he took our order, made our kids laugh and every 5 to 10 minutes does a walk around and checks on all the tables Did not get his name but he was on shift Thursday - 26 Feb at 6pm Amazing management 🙌🙌

To whom it may concern, Normally people come here to complain but today I'm here to congratulate Panarottis Claremont on a Job well done. This is by far my sons favorite restaurant and we have become accustomed to literally celebrating every event there. We have become family over there and everyone knows us already. We always request Fredy as our waiter as he gives us the best service. My son loves his energy and he's really good with kids as I saw him handle 10 of them last night (02/12/2021)at my son's birthday party we celebrated there. The atmosphere is brilliant as we celebrate with everyone when it's a birthday and everyone celebrates with us when it's ours. It's like a big happy family. Want to especially thank Fredy for becoming like a family friend to us and being himself around us. I know being a waiter is all about service but this dude took is to the next level. Hope he stays at Claremont branch for a long time and should he be moved, I will be selfish and say he needs to move to Tokai area when you open up your new branch there 😉.
