A shout out for making the best pasta alfredo from Khuthazwa and Anelisa for the pizza, this was an awesome experience, especially Thabisa for the service that made our experience delightful

Glad to have found Panarottis, had a vegan only menu available. With pizza and pasta. Went for the vegan bolognese and it was delicious!! I was served by Brett, really nice and quick service. Staff over all were friendly and would recommend if you looking for a wholesome vegan dish.

We love, love, love this Panarottis. It's the best branch by far. We're all the way in Muizenberg and have to travel out quite far, but any time we want quality pizza, this is where we want to be. Harden was very friendly, and your manager, Richmore, is clearly doing a great job to keep his service and kitchen staff on the right path. We've been to many pizza places and many Panarottis, and none compare to Canal Walk. All my family in the deep south agree with me too. Wish we could move this branch to our side so we could eat here every day. Thank you, Canal Walk Panarottis, for all that you do for us!

I am 9+months pregnant. ordered a appletizer on 18 January 2025 and had an insect frozen in my iceblock of which I already drank from. the manager on duty - Anida had no idea how to resolve the issue or even attempt to, when we received our bill I was billed for the appletizer and had to explain to her I will not pay for it. she took it off and discounted one of our pizzas from the bill. point is, the insect was frozen into the iceblock, it could be contaminated, poisonous... and I am due to give birth any moment.. yet this was the horrendous experience we had. no check in afterwards. Just a very unapologetic apology and a discount on a pizza. that's it.

I stayed away from panarottis for a long time, but we took a chance and I can honest reccommend. They have upgraded everything and to be honest fo non-woodfired oven pizza you cannot get a better crusted product. My son tells me the pastas are great too.

Visited for a quick dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were great, good prices and great service by Blessing.
