This is our home from home. The food, the service & every staff member has at all times gone out of their way to ensure our order is correct & up to their standards. Every staff member always makes us feel welcome and part of Panarottis Cape Gate family. The only problem we have at times is the loud screaming children uncontrollable children in the play area. I am deaf in my one ear & that screaming/screeching penetrates my brain. Plus my husband & I cannot even hear or talk to each other above the noise at times.

Excellent food. Pasta and Pizza very good compared to other pizza places. Had a wonderful time. Well priced, have good Tuesday specials. Staff very friendly, clean, have seating inside and outside. Only downside is one waits a bit long for the food but well worth waiting. Fantastic Job guys.

Love the mix and match. Always been given excellent service, no fuss or hassle when it comes to diligence. Our waitron, Keagon gave us time to go through the menu to select what we wanted to order. Panarottis is renowned for its seafood pizza, with garlic, chilli and parmesan cheese, topped with anchovies, smothered in cheese, as well as a caramel shake to cool the chillies. While waiting for our order, the Manager approached us to ascertain if all was in order? A frown, a shout and most welcome hug followed. Phillipa, working at Panarottis as a waitress now addressed us as a Manager. What a joyful reunion. She recognised us from previous events way back and came over to great with a warm smile and hug. Excellent memory as we have turned a bit older by now. It was a very welcoming reunion and a real joy, the same smile, hug and "haven't seen you in quite a while". Her recognizing us was really a heartwarming reception as we could briefly exchange updates. The dish was well prepared, Keagon ensured to make a turn so often to ascertain if all was in order, enjoying the meal. A second helping of chillies, garlic and parmesan cheese was most welcome. At the spelling of his name I indicated that he is related to a Scottish Clan with the green, white and red thin stripe, which he confirmed his father had them wear their kilts at a special occasion. Thank you for the speciality in which the pizza was prepared and served, absolutely scrumptious. Abiding to the POPI Act Phillipa granted permission to have a Pic of her taken, which we really appreciate. To the owner, you have wonderful staff, putting that extra finesse in preparing and preparation of meal. It stayed warmed through our conversation, absolutely scrumptious. Was always sad since years ago debonairs removed their subs from their menu. To my recent surprise I found out Panarottis makes subs. I was hesitant at first as I didn't want to ruin the fond memory of a good sub I once had. Man...I am so disappointed on the years I have missed out on this beauty! What an amazing sub!! I would upload photos but the food was gone the moment we laid eyes on them. Thank you for bringing back a nostalgic memory for myself. Not only was this so good, it is emactually a lot better than the debonairs subs I remember, which is saying a lot. Food was hot and delicious when it arrived. Overall such a satisfying experience.

I love her attitude towards her customers, definitely customer satisfaction 11/10. Phillipah is a great asset to the company as she knows how to treat the customers. I always have a great experience when im here.

The customer service was amazing, our waiter Phomolo was extremely patient and frequently checked on us, communicated clearly and was very helpful, haven't recieved such amazing customer service in years! Thank you Phomolo!

Hello, I dined at the restaurant on Friday night with my family. During our visit, we had the pleasure of encountering a waiter named Abdul. His level of service was truly exceptional; we were captivated by his professionalism. Abdul exuded a remarkable charm and demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities. We observed him not only efficiently managing his colleagues but also assisting them with tasks, such as preparing drinks. He is truly outstanding and, in our opinion, one of the best we have ever encountered. Wishing Abdul all the best, and may God bless him with everything he desires
