Thembani gave us good service, suggesting different things on the menu that we had oversight of and we were extremely happy with the suggestions and enjoyed the food that we had. We are going to visit again because of the wonderful service we recieved today.

I Recently went to Panarottis at Carnival City on Father's Day with my family. The friendly staff at the door greeted and welcomed us. After settling down, the waiter approached and took our order. While awaiting for our order to arrive, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager on duty Mr Newton. He came to our table to apologise as he noticed that the front-end welcoming staff ran out of special gifts (chocolates), intended for all Dad because it was Fathers' Day after all. He then offered to make up for the inconvenience by giving me a Cappuccino on the house. I felt overwhelmed and accepted his offer. When our order finally arrived, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals which was freshly prepared and overall delicious. Before receiving the bill, the manager again approached and asked us to wait for a few minutes as they had arranged more gifts (chocolates) and he insisted that we should not leave until we had received it. My overall experience at Panarottis Carnival City was much more than I expected, from Good Food to Excellent Customer service.
