Very friendly service that was efficient without being obtrusive. With a family of 5 , 2 decided to share a monster pizza ( on special that evening) and they split the toppings. The other three dishes ordered were also well received. Prices are middle of the road and so it was good value for money. Only thing stopping a full 5 star rating was the fact that there were no grapetizer or appletizer in stock ( could have been bought at local supermarket and with restaurant prices a profit still made). Also one popular soda drink not available. ??? But certainly worth another visit.

Had breakfast there this morning, we were the first customers and were greeted warmly by the staff. Service was quick and breakfast was delicious. Love their breakfast pizzas!

Panarottis Galleria Mall is a lovely family outing. Good food and the kids love the play area. Our family goes there repeatedly. We love it.

From the moment you walk in, greeted with love and shown to your table. Always the best and most friendliest Staff. Food is prepared at a very reason time. Waiters check up on you regularly and the pizza's and milkshakes are to die for. Really delicious all the time.

We all know chain restaurants, but we enjoyed a wonderful lunch with speedy service. Wonderful COVID rules adhered to and our two pizzas and liver starters were on point. Well done and keep it up.

We have not eaten at a Pannarottis for some months now due to bad experiences we had at a few branches in Gauteng. We took a chance at the Pannarottis in the Galleria Mall and we were surprised with their quality of their food, the friendly service by our waiter for whom no request was to much to attend to. We will certainly recommend them to family and friends and will surely support them during our next visit.

Awesome service from the super friendly staff, in my opinion, this is the place to go when you have young children. Our kids really enjoyed the super awesome playground
